I did not get my code

Wait one minute, then choose Send by WhatsApp or Send SMS again. Check that the number is right. You can ask for up to 3 codes an hour.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?. We send a code to your phone, then you choose a new password.

How do I change my number or address?

Open Account › Profile. A new number is confirmed with a code.

Finding shops and products

Why do I see few results?

Search looks near the place shown under the search box. Choose a wider range (50, 100 or 150 km, your region or all Ghana) or another town.

Why is there no price?

Some shops prefer to give prices on request. Use WhatsApp or Call on the shop's page.
