These terms apply when you use Bisa Marketplace, run by Bisama Technologies in Ghana. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Bisa Marketplace does

We help you find shops and contact them. The shops sell to you directly: prices, stock, delivery, payment, returns and the quality of goods are between you and the shop.

Your account

• Give your real name and a phone number you use. Keep your password and codes private.
• One account per person. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Account › Profile › Security.

Fair use

Do not use Bisa Marketplace to cheat, harass, send spam, post false reviews, or buy or sell anything that is against the law in Ghana. We may suspend accounts that do.

Prices and information

Shops keep their own information up to date. Prices and stock can change; confirm with the shop before you pay.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes when you next sign in.
